Property of family Marač Villa Kras is a family house built in 1910 using natural combinations of wood and stone. Retaining the authenticity and respecting the old Mediterranean architecture, in 2010 Villa was completely renovated. On a horizontal and enclosed terrain of 3500 m2, between olive groves and organic gardens Villa has 160 sq meters. Radiating with family atmosphere, has three bedrooms, every bedroom with its own bathroom, living room and two large kitchens.

Tourists from all over the world have given us our trust for many years and are always happy to come back. Kras is located in an ideal location just a short distance from Krk major tourist centers such as Njivice, Malinska, Baška and Krk. Rijeka is just 30 min away, Istria 45 min, and the most famous Croatian neighboring islands of Cres and Lošinj are also close buy.

Villa Kras is located in the center of village Kras, on island Krk, a 160 m2 detached house surrounded by a large plot of 3,500 m2 filled with olive trees and organic gardens, full of flowers, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decorated in wood and stone, which maps the traditions and culture of the island Krk and Croatian seaside family homes. Numerous details and traditional decorations give the house a special touch of family atmosphere ideal for summer holidays in nature but also near the sea. The spacious house with a large garden area decorated with sun loungers and accessories for children’s toys, such as slides and swings allow our guests uninterrupted enjoyment throughout the day.
